    The GlóCore exercises and crafter integrate mind, breath & mobility training with powerful and easy-to-practice muscle building and fat burning exercises. GlóCore is at the centre of a complete wellness system where all components are part of a larger holistic package.
     
    GlóCore incorporates a crafter with a pair of foot straps, a pair of handle grips and a simple pulley system that creates a balanced human-powered mechanism which allows access to the abdomen without engaging the lower back muscles and hip flexors, two muscle groups which are dominant in most exercise disciplines.  

    The intention is to eliminate reactive-compulsive movements and cultivate aware and intentional muscle responses. It is a self-contained holistic wellness program that alleviates back pain, reduces stress, and increases mobility and metabolic efficiency.

    The  ropes increases mobility, flexibility and strength to allow openness of the body and the mind. One can expect to become agile, fluid and energetic; this translates as more courage and the ability to metabolize life's experiences. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually one can expect to be transformed with an increase in clarity, balance and harmony. 

    The exercises can be done by individuals of any age group and have helped with chronic back, knee and shoulder pain to relieve the strains and suppressed tensions of physical and emotional trauma to joints and muscles.
  • Exercises to cultivate awareness and intentional muscle response
    GlóCore is a four-stage program, that begins with "scanning" and relaxation, moves on to abdominal exercises, then leg exercises and concludes with a stretch and relaxation period emphasizing the lower back, hips and hamstrings.

    Twenty exercises are part of the practice and the entire routine can be completed in approximately thirty to fifty minutes depending on the number of repetitions.

    Acknowledging your presence and scanning the body is a process in GlóMotion of exercising awareness and consciousness of the body, which then becomes available as it communicates through sensations. Nothing means anything unless you make it mean sometime. With GlóMotion you don't take yourself too seriously, the intention is to enjoy yourself.

    Doing the Ropes slowly with awareness and precision is preferred. Practice and persistence are greatly rewarded. Be aware of your breathing. Your quality of breath is your quality of life. Deep breathing revitalizes every cell, and breathing deep into the diaphragm stimulates the lymphatic system a sewer system for the body and relieves it of toxins. Ankle weights can be used to increase the resistance when you are up to it.
