Straight leg raises
This is the second primary exercise in the system, where the importance of relaxing the fine muscles and letting the legs be heavy in the harness is the emphasis.  The deeper you surrender, the more you enter the core.  The moment you fully surrender the weight of the legs you enter the Now.  The benefit is to learn to relax the quadriceps and the hip flexors in order to pacify the psoax muscles.
