The GlóSlow system is based on the fact that super slow weight lifting and strength training gives significantly better results than conventional strength training.
The system includes ten exercises using the TRX system where each participant utilizes their own weight and body posture to adjust the intensity of the workout. Performing each exercise at a super slow pace increases awareness in the muscles so the affect is intensified and only ten repeats are necessary.
The system includes exercises for all parts of the body; hamstring and legs, buttocks, calves, back, chest, shoulders, and bi- and triceps. In addition to that all exercises are performed in a way that engage the abdomen and thus increases core strength.
